The whole work comprises of

Fast-track Structural Steel Assembly, Civil Foundations, and Infrastructure Works.

The project consist of

Multi-purpose hangar facility designed for logistics operations, maintenance workshops, and a fully equipped residential/administrative complex with security monitoring hubs.

Comprehensive 16-camera Hikvision CCTV surveillance network, building power distribution, industrial drainage, and emergency fire fighting systems.

Executed Works:

  • Poured high-durability concrete slabs utilizing precision laser screed finishes.
  • Assembled lightweight, high-endurance PEB steel frames with single-skin corrugated sheeting and skylights.
  • Installed insulated industrial rolling shutter doors for maintenance workshops.
  • Built the residential and administrative office quarters using localized durable partitions.
  • Deployed a comprehensive 16-camera Hikvision CCTV surveillance network across the complex.
