About the project
The whole work comprises of
Industrial Civil Works, Steel Structure Erection, and Specialized MEP Installations.
The project consist of
Heavy manufacturing facility divided into a main production floor (12,000 m²), raw material storage zones, and a 3-story corporate administration building (1,200 m²) with integrated staff facilities.
Technical Specifications:
MEP Systems:
Specialized industrial ventilation, high-power supply distribution boards, explosion-proof lighting fixtures, automated Fire Suppression system (Foam/Water), and CCTV Access Control.
Executed Works:
- Executed heavy-duty machine foundations designed to withstand high dynamic loads and vibrations.
- Erected a custom clear-span steel structure engineered to support heavy overhead traveling cranes (EOT).
- Constructed the main production floor with heavy-duty anti-static flooring.
- Completed the 3-story corporate administration building featuring structural glass curtain walls and acoustic ceilings.
- Installed explosion-proof lighting fixtures, automated foam/water fire suppression systems, and integrated CCTV access control.
Architectural Finishing:
Heavy-duty anti-static flooring for production zones, acoustic ceilings for offices, and modern glass curtain walls for the main facade.
