The whole work comprises of
Civil and structural steel works along with advanced infrastructure development.
The project consist of
Strategic storage complex for mining and marine industries, featuring 8 covered storage yards, customs inspection zones, and integrated logistics administrative offices.
Technical Specifications:
MEP Systems:
Heavy-duty ventilation and exhaust systems for moisture control, storm and flood water drainage networks, advanced water mist fire suppression systems, and high-power outdoor floodlights for open yards.
Executed Works:
- Executed soil replacement and reinforcement works, pouring sulfate- and salt-resistant deep foundations.
- Erected anti-corrosive steel structures equipped with top-tier thermal and moisture insulation cladding.
- Constructed outdoor staging yards, loading docks, and successfully linked them to the surrounding logistics road network.
- Installed comprehensive water, power, and telecommunication networks, fully commissioning certified security and safety systems.
Architectural Finishing:
Insulated ceilings resistant to high salinity and humidity, heavy-duty reinforced and polished concrete floors designed for extreme loads.
Project Overview:
A fast-track multi-purpose industrial complex designed to serve as a logistics hub, fleet maintenance workshop, and secure administrative operations center.
Pre-Engineered Building structure:
Anti-corrosive treated PEB steel structures customized to withstand the harsh coastal climate of Ras Al Khair.
Scope of Work
- Comprehensive infrastructure development including coastal soil treatment, execution of deep foundations, fabrication and erection of specialized steel structures, alongside the installation of MEP and advanced fire safety networks.
