About the project
The whole work comprises of
Integrated architectural, structural, luxury finishing, and smart systems installation (Turnkey).
The project consist of
Advanced corporate administrative building comprising 4 floors of smart open workspaces, main conference and meeting halls, an advanced Data Center, and public utility facilities.
Technical Specifications:
MEP Systems:
Smart central chiller HVAC system with airflow control, Building Management System (BMS), advanced low-current networks for data and telecommunications, FM200 fire suppression for the Data Center, and RFID access control monitoring.
Executed Works:

Completed all core structural, concrete, and masonry works for the 4-story building.

Installed exterior glass facades and high-efficiency thermal/acoustic insulation systems.

Executed luxury interior finishes for open office spaces, executive corridors, and main conference halls.

Installed and commissioned the central HVAC system, low-current monitoring, and fully equipped the IT Data Center.

Delivered the project with full operational readiness, adhering to SABIC's strict corporate quality and safety standards.
Architectural Finishing:
Energy-efficient double-glazed curtain walls, luxury marble and porcelain flooring, acoustic suspended ceilings, and modern glass office partitions.

Mixed reinforced concrete and steel structure designed to the highest structural safety standards for corporate buildings.
Scope of Work
Full turnkey execution encompassing everything from excavation and core concrete structural works to luxury interior finishes. The scope also includes the full installation, integration, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, low-current, and smart building management systems.
